With regards to Heritage Square.
The Developer could establish a partnership with the Town, County, State and Federal Governments to get funding for a Light Rail Station. The existing Rail is a short distance away. Provide a Publix Store as the anchor store supported by a big box store, restaurants and other retail businesses.
