County Democratic Party Hosts Annual Cicenia Dinner Saturday

The annual “Cicenia Dinner” hosted by the Dorchester County Democratic Party takes place Sat., Sept. 28 in Summerville.

·         Holiday Inn Express, 125 Holiday Dr in Summerville

·         Doors open at 6 p.m. on Saturday the 28th; event formally begins at 7 p.m.

Other attendees include:

·         Marlon Kimpson, Democratic candidate in an October special election for State Senate Dist. 42

·         Jay Stamper, Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate

·         Bobbie Rose, non-partisan candidate for Charleston City Council’s November election

·         State Reps. Patsy Knight (Dist. 97), Joe Jefferson (Dist. 102), David Mack III (Dist. 105) and J. Seth Whipper (Dist. 113)
