County Democratic Party Hosts Annual Cicenia Dinner Saturday

The annual “Cicenia Dinner” hosted by the Dorchester County Democratic Party takes place Sat., Sept. 28 in Summerville.

Keynote speaker is State Sen. Vincent Sheheen, who is also a declared Democratic candidate for governor in the upcoming 2014 election.
