Hello all. I am a grateful new member of the Summerville Patch blog community. I thought for my first post I would tell you a bit about myself and what I do. My name is Tori and I am a Virtual and Real Assistant. What does this mean? It means I am a freelance Administrative Assistant who can work from my office (virtual) or your office (real) only for specific projects. No worries about insurance, taxes, etc. Just contact me when you need me. I have over ten years experience as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager in various office settings. See more about this on my website,www.assistantoncall.weebly.com The reason I began as a freelancer is because I saw a lot of businesses laying off and cutting back workers that they couldn’t afford to keep in this economy. This is a bad enough predicament for larger companies but even more harsh for small businesses. I wanted to help local small businesses keep running on a smooth flow. I decided to strike out and create Assistant on Call. My goal is to make the small business community in Summerville aware of me and my services. I’ll be here once a month with a post about my services, events or specials I’ll have coming up. For those in-between postings, my site is always available. I look forward to better serving my local business community and I’ll see you next month.
