Our sweet Lina enjoys few things more than she enjoys walks and running in the yard. Which unfortunately due to a torn ACL in her right hind leg she is unable to do. The tear is quite serious and causes the bones to click together when she tries to bear weight on it.
Currently, Lina is unable to stand or walk on her hind leg. After extensive examinations the only thing left to do is for our sweet Lady Lina to undergo ACL surgery. Not including the pre operation blood work and the post operation treatments the surgery will cost somewhere between $1,700 and $2,500.
We love our pretty girl more than words, but as you may know her older brother, Max has undergone is own medical issues over the past few years with his being diabetic and having Cushing’s disease.
We have already spent well over $7,000 tending to Max’s medical needs that I suppose we always took Lina’s great health for granted. With all of this it saddens me to say that now that are pretty girl needs us the fund just aren’t there. We need help covering the cost of the surgery and the post operation treatments so that our sweet Lady Lina can run again.
Every little bit helps and we will forever be indebted as will Max, which is who Lina tends to take it out on when she doesn’t get her regular walks.
