Tommie Lill Hooks, 78, of Summerville passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012 Medical University of South Carolina.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 10 o’clock AM at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Burial will held at 2:30o’clock PM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 315 Greenwich Road, Savannah, GA.

Tommie was born on June 3, 1934 in Toombs County, GA daughter of the late Thomas Rodolphus Hooks and Mina Powell Hooks. She was a graduate of Savannah High School and received a nursing degree from South Carolina Baptist Hospital. She was a retired nurse from Georgia Regional Hospital.
Surviving are: One Sister: Glenda Holland (Marion) of Summerville; Three Nieces: Pamela Lindstrom of Fredricksburg, VA, Karen Stevens of Summerville, Mechelle Miller of Moncks Corner; Two Nephews: William T. Holland of Knightsville and Richard G. Holland of St. George
