Summerville Police Department Looks to Expand
Request goes before town council Wednesday, Sept. 11.
Summerville Police Department is seeking to add 16 new vehicles to its force and allow officers more hours, Count on 2 News reported.
The request was made during a public safety committee meeting Wednesday. Summerville Town Council will address the issue during its regular meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at town hall.Â
