I hope you like what you see so far at Taylors-Wade Hampton Patch. Just like the more than 800 other Patches across the country, a lot of hard work has been put into this site to get it up and running. 

An important element to this site - no, a critical one - will be the involvement of you, the reader. That's because I want you to be more than just a reader. We at Patch.com want your voice to be heard. Where there's generally a lack of news coverage in communities such as this one, there's also a lack of outlets through which everyday people can express their opinions.
