Candidate Forum Planned In Greenville

Another Voice with Jason and Eric, a local radio show on Spin-FM 103.3, in conjunction with the League of Women Voters of Greenville County are holding a candidate forum this month to give voters the opportunity to pose questions to the those running for office.

The event will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Oct. 22 at the University Center Auditorium at McAlister Square in Greenville. 

Eric Wood, co-host of Another Voice with Jason and Eric, said all candidates on the Greenville County ballot were invited, and that 14 candidates chose to attend. Each candidate will have five minutes to speak at the forum, and after the allotted speaking times, candidates can choose to speak one-on-one with voters. 

Also, using the South Carolina Election Commission website, the event will help voters determine what districts they are in and where their polling place will be, and will provide sample ballots.
