Driggers Named to State Municipal Association Board

Greer City Administrator Ed Driggers has been named as a board member for the Municipal Association of South Carolina Board of Directors.

Delegates at the Municipal Association of South Carolina’s 73rd Annual Meeting elected officers and board members to the Association’s board of directors last week. 

With exception to Driggers, the remaining board members and officers are either mayors or council members. Driggers term will expire in July 2016.

Mayor Rick Danner resigned from the board in 2012, after having served for 10 years. Danner served three years as the Association's immediate past president.
