Fall For Greenville Continues This Weekend
Fall For Greenville, an autumn festival geared at showcasing the city of Greenville's charm, will continue Saturday and Sunday.

The weather is turning cool and crisp, and for many in the Upstate, that means it's time to amble through the streets of downtown Greenville for its famous festival, Fall For Greenville.Â
Fall For Greenville, whose title sponsor is the St. Francis Hospital System, features dozens of vendors of fine foods and beverages, as well as numerous musical acts performing at seven different stages dotting downtown Greenville.Â
The festival is designed to draw attention to Greenville and what it has to offer.Â

On Saturday, the event kicks off at 11 a.m. with the music of Mason Jar Menagerie at the stage on Main Street and Camperdown. At the same time, beer fanatics can get a quick education on the art of brewing at "Beer School," which will be held at the stage at East McBee Street.Â
The food, drinks and music will continue throughout the day, capping off with performances by Lucero and The Splitz Band beginning at 7:30. The event will close at 9 p.m. Saturday.Â

On Sunday afternoon, famous South Carolina musical at Cravin' Melon will perform at 5 p.m. at the stage at Main Street and Camperdown. Sunday's festivities will run from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.Â
The event is free to the public, though food and drinks offered by vendors do charge "tickets" (which can be purchased at booths found on many street corners) in exchange for their products, Up to 200,000 people are expected to attend the event, according to the city of Greenville.Â
