Greenville Firm Lands Boeing Contract

The Boeing Co. has selected a Greenville-based firm to provide project and construction management services for its the expansion of its aft-body and paint facility in North Charleston, GSABusiness.com reports. 

Global Performance, will provide the services for the facility expansion, as well as other projects at the North Charleston site, where Boeing has brought in thousands of jobs for its manufacturing of its Boeing 787 airplanes. Global Performance will also provide safety, quality, cost, estimating, scheduling, construction and commissioning expertise, according to the report. 

“We are delighted that Boeing has chosen our team for this important expansion project,” Global Performance President Bill Bryant said in a news release. “Boeing has made such a positive impact on the state of South Carolina, and we are honored to be able to provide our talent and experience for the expansion of its facility.”
