Greer Middle College Charter High Principal Earns PhD

Greer Middle College Charter High School announced this week that its principal Bill Roach had earned his  PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of South Carolina.

Roach graduated from Furman University with a BA in Political Science and an MA in Educational Leadership.

He continued his education at the University of South Carolina receiving his EdS in Educational Leadership in 2010 and earning his PhD on December 17.

Roach served as coach, teacher, assistant principal, and principal in the Greenville County School District before taking the helm at GMC in 2010.
