Greer Woman Accused Misusing Company Funds

Martha Vaughn allegedly used some $10,000 for her own personal use.

A 72-year-old Greer woman was charged Tuesday with breach of trust for allegedly using more than $10,000 entrusted to her by her employer. 

Martha Vaughn was arrested by the Greenville County Sheriff's Office and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent, value of $10,000 or more when it was determined that she converted more than $10,000 entrusted to her by Vaughn's Meat Packing to her own personal use. 

Vaughn was released on a $30,000 bond.

At this time a specific dollar amount has not been determined due to this being an on-going investigation, GCSO spokesperson Laura Campbell said.
