Investigators Looking For Craigslist Crooks
Couple robbed after setting up meeting via Craigslist.

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in solving an armed robbery that was set up via the web site Craigslist.Â
At about 1 p.m. Tuesday, a couple from North Carolina drove to the Olive Garden at 3290 North Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville after meeting a seller on Craigslist supposedly willing to sell an iPhone 5.Â
After the couple got out of their vehicle to complete the sale, the purported seller took out a gun and demanded the couple's cash and belongings. A separate armed suspect also brandished a weapon and assisted in the robbery. The two suspects took the victims' phone, debit and credit cards, car keys and cash.Â

No one was injured in the incident.Â
The GCSO obtained photographs of one person of interest in the case. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.

It's not the first time Greenville County has seen crime related to meetings set up via Craigslist.Â
On Dec. 16, Ansel Leedale Smith, Jr., allegedly committed an armed robbery in a Bi-Lo Center parking lot in Mauldin after convincing the victim via Craigslist to meet him there on the pretense of selling him a cell phone. Smith allegedly robbed victim at gunpoint, taking the phone, the victim's wallet, and all his money.Â
