Jingle Bell Jog Is Today
A fun run for children and a 5K race is being held today in Greer.
A 5K and fun run will be held in the Sugar Creek community in Greer today.Â
The 5th annual Jingle Bell Jog, which raises funds for Greer's Daily Bread Ministries and the Frazee Dream Center in Greenville, will begin at 2:15 p.m. with the Elf Run, a three-quarter mile run for children from the ages of 5 to 7 in the Sugar Creek community at Devenger Road and South Batesville Road.Â
The 5K run begins at 3 p.m..Â

Last year, 700 people ran in the 5K and 100 children participated in the Elf Run.Â
The race raised nearly $20,000 a year ago.Â
