July Was A Record Month For Housing Starts In The City Of Greer
The month's total was more than the entire year in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
A total of 124 housing starts during July set an all-time record for a single month in the City of Greer.
To put that figure into perspective, July’s total was more than the entire year in 2009, 2010 and 2011. It fell just two starts short of the total in 2008 and six shy of 2013..
