'Little Mermaid' Auditions This Weekend

Auditions will be held this weekend from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday; and from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday at Greer Recreation Center.

Callbacks will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 30.

Parts are being cast for ages-5 to seniors in high school.

What you need to know for the audition: 

1. Auditions will take place in groups of 5-8

2. Learn a simple dance (wear dancing clothes and shoes)

3. Prepare 16 bars of your favorite song(bring your own music)

4. Bring a non-returnable headshot

5. Be prepared to wait so bring a quiet activity

Character Requirements:

Ariel- must be at least 13 and up

Eric- must be at least 13 and up
