Jessica Blackham will be in Judge Ned Miller's courtroom sometime midmorning.

Blackham faces two counts of felony child abuse and one count of unlawful neglect for the incident.
Blackham attributed the incident to amnesia, claiming she had little memory of the incident, but in August a grand jury still handed down a true bill of indictment against her.Â
