New Health Studio Has Ribbon-Cutting Friday

Goga Studios, which uses whole body vibration technology, will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday morning.

Goga Studios, located 2801 Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors near the Publix grocery store, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce on Friday, studio manager Katie White confirmed Tuesday.

Open since May, Goga Studios uses Whole Body Vibration Technology (WBV), an increasingly popular method frequently used in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Katie White, studio manager at the Taylors Goga, said the studio's WBV machines use vibrations to generate blood flow and stimulate muscles.

The ceremony with be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the studio.
