- Congratulations go out to the Greer High Virtual Enterprise Program.  The Business Plan team took 1st place at State Competition in Columbia.  This is the third year in a row Greer students have claimed the top spot and the fourth time overall. Â
This win makes Greer the winningest school in the history of South Carolina Virtual Enterprise.  Students were required to create their own company and were responsible for the design and creation of all aspects of a real business. Â
Scores were based on a pre-submitted thirty five page business plan and two rounds of presentation where students had twelve minutes to share their idea to a panel of state business leaders then an eight minute question and answer session where students defended the strengths of their concept. Â The students now advance to National Competition in New York City in April.
