Sheriff's Office Investigating Armed Robbery
Suspects wearing ski masks robbed the Dollar General in Marietta on Monday night.

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is trying to locate two unidentified men who robbed a Dollar General store in Marietta on Monday.Â
At roughly 10 p.m., two men robbed the employees of the Dollar General at 2708 Geer Highway.Â
It is unknown if the suspects were already in the store when the store was closing, or if they arrived at the store just prior to the robbery. The incident report states that as the employees were closing the store, the suspects approached them inside the store, pointing handguns at them.Â

The suspects were able to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash from the store, as well as each of the victim’s cellular telephones.Â
After the robbery, the employees were forced into the back office and the suspects fled the store. The men were described as wearing hooded sweatshirts and black ski masks.Â
