Sheriff's Office Investigating Greer Auto Break-Ins

Four separate break-in incidents occurred in the same Greer community Monday night.

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is investigating a series of auto break-ins that occurred overnight in Greer. 

Laura Campbell, spokesperson for the GCSO, confirmed that four incidents were reported between late Monday and early Tuesday in the Silver Ridge neighborhood of Greer. 

A Toyota, a Ford truck, a Nissan Maxima and a Ford Wrangler were all opened and contents stolen overnight, with total value of all items stolen during the spree amounting to roughly $1,115.

Campbell said each of the vehicles were left unlocked at the respective residences when the unknown suspect or suspects made entry and stole their belongings.
