South Carolina Drops To 13 In BCS; Clemson 18

South Carolina dropped its second in a row after being hammered by Florida on the road this weekend. Clemson drilled Virginia Tech 38-17.

How the mighty have fallen. The South Carolina Gamecocks dropped to No. 13 in the latest BCS rankings after losing 44-11 to Florida, only two weeks removed from finding themselves in the top 5.

But while the Gamecocks are have seen a quick rise and fall, they remain in the top 15 and are still projected by at least one ESPN analyst to make it to the Sugar Bowl - a BCS bowl game.

Meanwhile, Clemson, ranked No. 18 in the latest BCS rankings after defeating Virginia Tech 38-17 over the weekend, is projected by two ESPN analysts to head to the Chic-Fil-A Bowl in Atlanta.
