TD Bank Robbed, 'Organized' Suspects Sought
Two armed men robbed a bank on Wade Hampton Boulevard and are still at large.
The Greenville Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a Wade Hampton Boulevard bank.Â
Public Information Officer Johnathan Bragg with the Greenville PD said that at roughly 11 a.m. Wednesday, two black males armed with handguns entered the TD Bank on Wade Hampton Boulevard near Bob Jones University.Â
The men, who have not been identified, jumped over the counter, took an undisclosed amount of cash, and fled the scene in a silver Grand Prix, which was driven by a getaway driver.Â

Bragg said the robbery was "very quick and likely organized," as the Grand Prix was later ditched and later discovered to have been stolen. The subjects were last seen getting into a silver Dodge Charger with Florida plates.Â
Across the street from the scene, Greenville Police were searching the area and had multiple cars along Beverly Lane and Bradley Boulevard. Forensics investigators with the Greenville PD were on scene by 12:30 p.m.Â

Bragg said the two suspects are considered armed and dangerous.Â
