Travelers Rest Man Crushed By Truck

The Greenville County Coroner's Office and Greenville County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a 52-year-old Travelers Rest man they believe died from being crushed by a truck, Fox Carolina reports. 

Deputy Coroner Barry Wright Dennis McCombs,  was at his brother's home on Boone Road on Saturday when he was killed.

Wright said McCombs raised the truck on a jack when the jack collapsed, causing the full weight of the truck to collapse on top of him, killing him. An autopsy is set for Monday.
