Video Shows DMX After Being Arrested In Greer

The rapper DMX spoke with Fox Carolina on camera regarding his recent arrest in Greer. 

Earl Simmons, who now resides in the Greer area, was arrested after Spartanburg County Sheriff's deputies pulled him over and found that he'd already been issued tickets in Greer and Duncan for driving without a license. Simmons was found to be in possession of just a state-issued identification card, and was arrested after being pulled over at a Greer gas station. 

Simmons said he had his 5-month-old daughter in the car with him at the time, and that he spent five hours in jail when he could have paid the fine on the spot. 

No court date has been set, he said.
