3 Dead In Car With Tennessee Tags In California
Burbank Police are investigating the deaths of three people found in a car with Montgomery County tags.

BURBANK, CA -- A parking enforcement officer found three people dead inside a car with a Tennessee license plate in a Burbank parking lot.
A woman called Burbank Police to report a car that "hadn't been moved for some time" and around 7 a.m. Tuesday, a parking enforcement officer noticed "an odor emitting from the vehicle" and saw a body inside the car which had Montgomery County, Tenn. plates. Paramedics later found the other two bodies, a department spokesman said according to the Burbank Leader News.

Burbank Police are investigating the deaths as a homicide.
The car is a maroon Jeep Patriot and neighbors told the newspaper it had been in the no-parking zone in a secluded industrial park near Interstate 5 since at least Monday.

A missing persons flier began circulating after the bodies' discovery, describing two missing men who left Bakersfield, Calif. to go to Riverside, Calif. Those men were reportedly driving a Jeep with Tennessee tags.

The Burbank Police spokesman said the department is aware of the fliers but has not made an identification of the bodies found in the Jeep.
