Joe Clyde Daniels Search Continues, Sheriff Asks For More Help
The Dickson County Sheriff is asking for surveillance footage from the night 5-year-old Joe Clyde Daniels was allegedly murdered.

CHARLOTTE, TN -- The search for the body of 5-year-old Joe Clyde Daniels is now in its third week and the Dickson County Sheriff is hoping home surveillance footage can help.
The little boy was reported missing by his parents from their home in rural Dickson County northwest of Nashville the morning of April 4, launching a massive search utilizing hundreds of volunteers and law enforcement officers. The boy's father, Joe Daniels, was arrested April 7, charged with beating his son to death and hiding his body. His mother, Krystal Daniels, was arrested two days later, charged with aggravated child neglect.

Despite Joe Daniels reportedly admitting to the murder and hiding the body, searchers have yet to find it.
Dickson County Sheriff Jeff Bledsoe hopes that home surveillance footage from the days around the disappearance will help bring closure to the case.

Posting on Facebook, the sheriff asked residents along certain roads in the Tennessee City area to check their tapes between April 3 and April 6.
Specifically, they are looking for footage from:
- Garner’s Creek Road
- Old Garner’s Creek Road
- South 3rd Street
- Luffman Road
- Jason Chapel Road
- Pruitt Road
- Pruett Springs Road
- Gilliam Hollow Road
- Lane Road
- Fire Tower Road
- CCC Road
- Dupree Road
- Harris Road
- Sam Hollow Road
- McElhiney Road
- Old Ruskin Road
- Eno Road
The department say there is no intention of suspending the search until the body is located.
