Accused Attempted Murderer Freed In Twin Mix-Up Found Under Sink
The 19-year-old attempted murder suspect inadvertently freed from jail due to a clerical error was found Thursday, hiding under a sink.

ANTIOCH, TN -- The 19-year-old attempted murder suspect confused with his twin brother and mistakenly released earlier this month is back behind bars after Metro Police found him hiding underneath a sink in an Antioch apartment Thursday.
Police said Quindarius Jordan was taken back into custody at an apartment on Bell Road Thursday morning.
Quindarius and twin brother Quintarius were both arrested in October 2017 after a 62-year-old woman was shot in the hip, apparently caught in the crossfire of a shooting on Litton Avenue. Investigators says Quindarius fired the gun and Quintarius drove the getaway car, thus the former is charged with attempted murder and the latter as an accessory. Quindarius' bond was set at $150,000 and his brother's at $5,000, but, according to Davidson County Court Clerk Howard Gentry, there was some confusion and some typos and Quindarius was set free at the lower amount.

Gentry told WKRN Quindarius was put into the system as Quintarius May 18 and though the mistake was discovered June 5, the earlier entry remained in the system
"I don't believe that employee knew that they needed to take it out of the system," Gentry told News 2. "That's one thing that I can lay directly on us and one thing I know that we can correct immediately."

Thus, Quindarius' bond was changed in the system to match his brother's and Quindarius secured a bond to bail out June 15 and Metro Police had been searching for him ever since.
