Cardinals Fans With Mysterious Accents Attack Nashville Man: MNPD
A man walking along Nolensville Road said he was attacked from behind by two people early Friday.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A man was hospitalized after being attacked from behind while walking on Nolensville Pike early Friday morning.
The man told police he was near the intersection of Nolensville and Harding Place just before 2 a.m. when two people came from behind and hit him on the head, sending him to the ground.
He told officers he never saw a weapon, though he did have a significant cut to his arm.

He said his attackers had indistinguishable accents and one was wearing a St. Louis Cardinals jersey.
