Police say Passalacqua drifted out of his lane and hit the stopped bus. Passalacqua's passenger, a 38-year-old woman, was injured, as were 15 passengers on the bus.

Investigators say that Passalacqua's license had been revoked and that the cab of the truck smelled strongly of alcohol and that "evidence of alcohol" was found inside the pick-up. Police are awaiting the results of a toxicology report.
