Hookah Bar Murder Suspect Wanted In Daylight Shootout, Carjacking
Metro Police say a man wanted for a May murder at a hookah bar was one of the people involved in an afternoon Antioch gunfight.

ANTIOCH, TN-- An early afternoon shootout at a busy Antioch intersection involved a man wanted for a May hookah bar murder, according to Metro Police.
Investigators say people in two cars traveling west on Bell Road began exchanging gunfire as they were driving around 1:30 Thursday afternoon. One of the men then jumped out of a car and allegedly carjacked someone at the Thornton's gas station at Bell and Eagle View.
Detectives believe another one of the shooters is Deion Woodruff, 23, who is accused of a fatal shooting at the Madusa Hookah Bar in May. He abandoned a black SUV at the scene and is believed to have fled in a Chevrolet Malibu.

At least two people were injured. One man is in critical condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and another is at Skyline.
Investigators believe all of the shooters are connected in some way to the Madusa murder.
