Man Accidentally Shoots Friend In Antioch
A man found in a car with a gunshot wound to his arm said his friend accidentally shot him late Sunday.
ANTIOCH, TN -- A man accidentally shot his friend in the arm in Antioch late Sunday, police say.
Officers were called to a home on Park Royal Lane shortly before midnight and then found a man inside a car at the Mt. View Road-Hobson Pike intersection with a gunshot wound to the arm. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center; his injuries are not life-threatening.
The man told police he and his friend were "handling" a gun when it went off.

Metro Police responded to a shooting at a home on Park Royal Lane just before midnight.
Police have not determined if charges will be filed.
