A win for Little, who is nominated in his first year of eligibility, would be the second straight title for a Nashville-based chef in the Best Chef Southeast category, after City House's Tandy Wilson won last year. Josh Harbiger, chef at Bastion, was nominated in the Best New Restaurant category after he opened the Catbird Seat, as well.
