Pizza Delivery Man Carjacked In South Nashville

A Till Five Pizza delivery driver was injured in a carjacking outside a South Nashville apartment complex early Wednesday.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A pizza delivery driver was injured in an early Wednesday morning carjacking in South Nashville, according to police.

The driver, who works for Till Five Pizza, was dropping off a pie at an apartment complex on Murfreesboro Pike around 1:15 a.m. As he was walking back to his car, he was approached by two or three men who pulled guns and told him to put his hands on his Nissan Altima, he told police.

The man was pistol-whipped and his car, cell phone and cash were stolen. He walked to a nearby gas station and called police for help.
