Remains Of Antioch Soldier Killed In Helicopter Accident Return To Tennessee
Staff Sgt. Michael Nelson, who died in a training accident in Hawaii in August, returned home to Tennessee Tuesday.

ANTIOCH, TN — The body of Army Staff Sgt. Michael Nelson returned home to Tennessee, his flag-draped casket rolling off a plane at Nashville International Airport Tuesday afternoon.
Nelson, an Antioch native, died, along with four other soldiers in a training accident off the coast of Hawaii August 15 when their Black Hawk helicopter crashed into the Pacific Ocean off Oahu.

In addition to Nelson, the others who were lost are 1st Lt. Kathryn Bailey of Hope Mills, N.C.; Chief Warrant Officer Brian Woeber of Decatur, Ala.;Chief Warrant Officer Stephen Cantrell of Wichita Falls, Texas; and Staff Sgt. Abigail Milam of Jenkins, Ky.
Nelson will be buried Thursday.
