Robbed Man Gives Chase, Gets Shot: Metro Police
A man held up at an Antioch gas station chased his robbers, who then shot at him on the interstate, police say.
ANTIOCH, TN -- A man decided to chase the men who robbed him at an Antioch gas station and was injured in a subsequent shooting early Monday.
The man told police that just before 1 a.m. Monday at a Bell Road Mapco, men approached him and took money from him before driving away. The man decided he'd chase the men on to Interstate 24.

He told police the thieves then fired shots at him, which shattered his windshield with the glass thereof cutting his neck. He drove back to the gas station and called police.
Investigators did not have a suspect description. MNPD urges anyone in a similar situation to call police right away.
