Serial South Nashville Peeper Sought
A 23-year-old South Nashville woman told police she's seen the same man touching himself outside her bedroom window at least three times.

NASHVILLE, TN -- A South Nashville woman is distressed by a serial Peeping Tom who's touched himself outside her apartment window three different times, she tells Fox 17.
Madeleine Little, 23, told the station the disturbing incidents have forced her to change her entire routine. She now changes clothes in the bathroom and says she doesn't like being in her bedroom at night anymore.

Little said she's seen and heard the man masturbating outside of her ground-floor apartment at the Gazebo Apartments on Neese Drive near Thompson Lane and Interstate 24.
“I never heard him talk," Little told the station. "It was mostly moans, and he said a phrase that was disgusting that he was about to be done."

The most recent of the three incidents was Sunday. Metro Police are investigating. Little said the Peeping Tom is a a black male between 5-feet-8-inches and 5-feet-10-inches tall. The apartment complex is offering a $1,000 reward for information on the man.
Numerous studies have sought a link between prurient spying and sexual assault and while one doesn't necessarily lead to another, a "significant percentage" of people convicted of sexual assault also report exhibitionistic or voyeuristic behavior.
