Trump In Nashville: Immigration Lawyer 'Welcomes' The President

As he did when then-candidate Trump visited Nashville, immigration attorney Elliott Ozment has a message for the president

NASHVILLE, TN — Top Nashville immigration attorney Elliott Ozment once again has a message for Donald Trump.

Ahead of the president's visit to Nashville Wednesday, Ozment has posted a message on the sign of his Murfreesboro Pike law office. For more updates on the President's Nashville rally and other local news, find your local Middle Tennessee Patch here.

The sign reads "Donald Trump: Putin America First." During a Trump campaign stop in August 2015, Ozment's sign read "Donald Trump, make Nashville great again. Please leave soon.”

Ozment, regarded as one of the country's leading immigration lawyers, was deeply critical of Trump's executive orders on immigration issued in January, telling Patch that immigrants in Nashville were "full of fear and desparate" after the "lawlessness" of the orders.
