The first six months of the five years probation will be spent under home confinement under the sentencing order by Judge Waverly Crenshaw, who also ordered Bostick forfeit the guns and perform 500 hours of community service.
Bostick pleaded no contest to a domestic assault charge in 2013 following an "altercation" with his wife, who had also appeared in commercials for Carnival Kia. The automaker rebranded the dealership as "Universal Kia" shortly thereafter and while Bostick remained a part owner, he stopped appearing in commercials.
