Nashville Murder Suspect Arrested After Wreck Shuts Down I-65 In Brentwood
One of Tennessee's Most Wanted Fugitives, Kevin Tidwell, was arrested Thursday after a crash that closed I-65.

BRENTWOOD, TN — One of the state's most wanted fugitives is in police custody following his arrest in the wake of a crash that shut down Interstate 65 near the Concord Road exit in Brentwood Thursday morning.
Kevin Tidwell, who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Most Wanted list Wednesday, is suspected in the murder of Jesus Alberto Flores outside an Antioch gas station Saturday. According to Metro Police, Thursday's pursuit of Tidwell began near the Harding Pike exit of Interstate 24 and then moved into Williamson County, concluding when Tidwell crashed on the Concord Road exit of I-65 around 10:30 a.m. Several lanes of traffic were closed in both directions.

Detectives say surveillance footage showed Tidwell and Flores arguing outside a Richards Road convenience store Saturday night. Flores left the store's parking lot in a Nissan Maxima. Tidwell gave chase in his pick-up and fired shots into the Maxima, police said.
