Nashville's Famous Jack The Wallaby Back Home After Four Hours Missing
Social media star Jack The Wallaby went missing in Brentwood Wednesday.

BRENTWOOD, TN — Jack The Wallaby, Middle Tennessee's social-media star marsupial, went missing for four hours Wednesday night, according to his owners. The iPhone-cable-eating wallaby was seen entering Princeton Hills in Brentwood around 5:30 p.m. and was found in a backyard around 9:30 p.m.
"JACK HAS BEEN FOUND with no injuries and a few wood (ticks)! Thank you to our new friend @tinatrout and her mom for finding him! Special thanks to @nashvillescene for sharing! Tina saw Jack on there, decided to go walk through her backyard and low and behold there was a wallaby back there!!!! " Jack's owners wrote on Facebook.

Jack is particularly known for his love of the city's greenway system, oft-spotted taking a walk and even starring in a promotion video alongside Mayor Megan Barry.
Jack has more than 28,000 Instagram followers as owner Alex Fasching regularly posts pictures of his pal in funny costumes and meeting musicians who come through town.
