Teen Trio Arrested In Brentwood, Bellevue Bump-And-Robs
Metro Police charged three teenagers for bump-and-rob attacks in Bellevue and Brentwood.

BRENTWOOD, TN -- Metro Police arrested three teenagers Thursday suspected in two Feb. 12 bump-and-rob thefts in Bellevue and Brentwood.
Thursday night, members of Metro's special juvenile task force went to a home on Dellway Villa Road to serve a juvenile petition on a 14-year-old boy wanted by Brentwood Police for a bump-and-rob on Granny White Pike, during which a woman was hit from behind and then threatened at gunpoint when she got out to check the damage to her car. The gunman then demanded the woman's purse before fleeing.
The 14-year-old reportedly admitted his involvement in that robbery and in a shooting in Bellevue the same night. In the Bellevue incident, a 26-year-old was critically injured after he was shot in the abdomen in circumstances similar to the Granny White attack.

The 14-year-old is in custody in Williamson County, charged with aggravated robbery and unlawful gun possession.
Earlier this month, members of the task force tied two teenage girls - a 17-year-old and a 13-year-old - to the Brentwood and Bellevue robberies. They were also arrested Thursday.
