Truck Careens Off Interstate, Police Find 13 Bottles Of Booze
A driver was arrested for DUI after his truck flew into a parking garage and police say there were 13 airplane bottles in the cab.

BRENTWOOD, TN -- Metro Police say they found 13 airplane bottle of booze, including seven of Fireball cinnamon whiskey and three of various schnapps, in the cab of a truck that careened off Interstate 65 and into a Franklin Pike parking garage early Wednesday morning.
Investigators believe Nicholas Rice, 29, was trying to exit Interstate 65 at Old Hickory Boulevard, but instead struck the median, causing his GMC truck to careen down a hill and into the side of a Franklin Pike parking garage.
Police say Rice admitted to drinking three vodka beverages earlier in the evening, but he refused to take a breath test without a lawyer present.
