After no one answered the door, the responding officers forced their way inside and found Osborn and a woman and reportedly spotted blood in the home and smelled "the odor of decomposition." Osborn and the woman were detained, detectives were called and a warrant obtained, according to MNPD, and the detectives found Edwards' body in a basement closet stuffed in a large plastic container which had been duct taped closed. Edwards had been "brutally stabbed," according to detectives.
Osborn is charged with criminal homicide.
