Bullet-Riddled SUV Vandalizes Hermitage School's Field
An SUV with numerous bullet holes was found Friday at Dupont Tyler Middle, where the football field was vandalized.

HERMITAGE, TN — Detectives are trying to piece together a mysterious act of vandalism at a Hermitage Middle School involving an abandoned SUV riddled with bullet holes.
Neighbors called police around 5 a.m. Friday to report the sound of a revving engine at Dupont Tyler Middle School. When officers arrived, they saw that a field at the school had been vandalized, the grass turn apart by tire tracks. Nearby, they found an abandoned SUV with multiple bullet holes in the driver's side door.
