Donelson Man Pushed Pills, Pot For Detroit Drug Ring: Police
Metro Police say they seized marijuana edibles and a variety of opioids from a home in Donelson.

DONELSON, TN -- A Donelson man is accused of selling pills and marijuana edibles for a Detroit drug ring.
Metro Police set up a controlled buy at a home using a confidential informant, during which the buyer was able to purchase suboxone from Jarrel Stokes, according to an affidavit. After the sale, detectives secured a search warrant for Stokes' Woodberry Drive home where they found 145 grams of marijuana edibles, a scale and a pistol magazine.
While the detectives were there, according to a police report, Stokes received a package from the post office, inside of which were 243 oxymorphone pills. Stokes allegedly admitted his source in Detroit mailed him the pills.
