The Nashville Ballet Gears Up For 'Nutcracker'

The Nashville Ballet has chosen 4 young dancers from the East Nashville area to preform in their upcoming performance of the Nutcracker

EAST NASHVILLE - The Nashville Ballet is gearing up for their seasonal performance of the Nutcracker. Their production this year is their largest yet, with a cast of 251 young dancers from Middle Tennessee. These performers will be dancing alongside the professional Nashville company.

“They bring a new, vibrant energy to each performance that’s contagious for both the performers and audience members. Giving the youth in our community an opportunity to perform in this holiday tradition adds to the magic of the season for them—and for us.” Paul Vasterling, Nashville Ballet Artistic Director

This years production was cast through an open call audition that was open for the community. Below are the dancers cast from East Nashville, and their roles.
