Pair Arrested In Goodlettsville Carjacking
A man and woman are charged with a Goodlettsville carjacking after police tracked them using the stolen car's GPS, according to an affidavit

GOODLETTSVILLE, TN -- A stolen car's onboard GPS led police to a couple accused in a carjacking Saturday.
A woman reported the carjacking early Saturday and investigators used the GPS to determine the car was at a Rivergate Parkway hotel where, indeed, they saw the car in the parking lot. Using surveillance footage, police determined two people walked to Room 206 after exiting the car.
And indeed, the occupants of Room 206 - Katie Gardner, 32, and Albert Gardener, 40 - matched the description of the carjackers. Detectives say Katie Gardner later admitted to the carjacking during an interview.
