Same Man Robbed Hermitage Church 4 Times: Police
Metro Police arrested a man accused of breaking into a Hermitage church at least four times in a month.

HERMITAGE, TN -- Investigators say a 29-year-old man broke into a Hermitage church at least four times in 30 days.
Kerry Dowell is charged with four counts of burglary following an arrest July 20. Police say surveillance footage shows Dowell entering Hermitage United Methodist Church on Belinda Drive June 17, June 29, July 3 and July 20.
A motion-activated camera alerted the church's caretaker July 20, according to an affidavit, who then called police. Officers set up a perimeter and arrested Dowell as he tried to run from the building, according to an affidavit.
